Our guide, Jason Lesmeister, has been fishing and hunting for as long as he can remember. At 21, he brought his passion to Alaska to become a full-time fishing and hunting guide. Now, more than 20 years later, he is one of the busiest guides in the area and spends every season sharing the wonders of Alaskan fishing with locals, new residents, and visitors.

Jason lives in Cooper Landing and considers the Kenai Peninsula both his home and his “office.” He also calls it his playground, which means he spends every season on the water or in the outdoors.
